    Poor Deep Clean

    Poor “deep clean” service, for £200 little was done other than a mop and vac. They advertise cheap weekly cleans which lured us in, but even after giving the benefit of doubt after the “deep clean” we were then given reasons why they couldn’t attend the weekly cleans. I thought long and hard about leaving this review as I don’t like to leave negative ones, but for me the service is not at the level expected.

    OK for a quick clean, unimpressed with their "Deep Clean"

    Friendly mother and daughter team, OK for general cleaning, but if you want a proper "Deep Clean" be sure to get a list of what exactly they propose to do. In my case they claimed to have Deep Cleaned my 4 bedroom house in under 2 hours, but I'm still finding the bits they missed.

    They approached me themselves through Checkatrade and quoted £200 for a deep clean. The initial clean itself was done fairly well and I was pleased with the standard of cleaning provided. We agreed they would return every two weeks, however they never turned up after the first visit. There were also repeated last-minute appointment changes and a real lack of communication throughout. Unfortunately, the unreliability means I wouldn’t use them again.

    Delightful friendly girls doing an excellent job of cleaning, attention to detail is second to none that makes all the difference to the finishing touch It’s so nice to go home to a beautiful clean home that smells amazing as well I would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
