The Company was very efficient, professional and prompt.Their advice and service was excellent.Alas the Machine was beyond repair but within 3 hours they delivered and fitted a new machine .I was very impressed and I would highly recommend their services.

Our washing machine had an F05 failure. We’d tried the YouTube repair steps but were still unsuccessful. So we contacted Spin Doctor and received a prompt same-day call-out. Before the engineer arrived we had to send photos of the machine’s location. Craig, our engineer, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a pump replacement and completed the repair during the call-out. Everything was tidied to its original state before he left. The service was incredibly efficient and the machine was back to working order. We highly recommend Spin Doctor!

Spin master came over quite quickly, within a day of contacting them. They diagnosed the dishwasher as unrepairable but were able to replace and install new dishwasher same day - and at a price very close to Curry’s (who I needed to wait till after the weekend for delivery and installation).

Initial fault on washing machine was identfied and fixed. However, the machine was terminal and a replacement unit was required. The engineer advuse they could quote for a new machine. After comparing costs for unit, installation amdwaste removal, the service was more cost effective. An efficient same day service was provided for all work and replacement installation. Very satisfied customer !
