The repair to our washing machine was carried out the next day. Scott, the engineer, was friendly and knowledgeable and did the repair quickly. Very satisfied. The only downside was the initial contact with the AI assistant that couldn’t match the day of the week with the date correctly. The contact after that with the friendly, helpful officer staff was good. So much better than AI.

The problem was fixed only a few hours after speaking to the team. Quick, friendly and efficient - who could ask for more. Thanks to Clare on the phone and Chris the engineer who attended.

The lady on the phone was very efficient and informative about how the fallout worked. The engineer arrived on time and during the quoted hours. He called ahead first and gave a more accurate ETA. When he arrived he asked lots of questions about the problems and then got to it. He diagnosed the problem and quoted the replacement part needed which he had in his van so we didn’t have to wait and he fitted it straight away. Both the lady who booked the appointment and the engineer were very friendly and approachable.
