Simon was absolutely wonderful. Despite being exceptionally busy because of the freezing weather, he came out to me, discovered what the problem was and provided a temporary fix to give me heating over the weekend. Today he came back and fixed it permanently. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Simon very kindly came over on a Sunday evening to fox the heating as we had a 3 month old baby at home. Very good service and highly recommended!

Simon came out straight away when I explained we had water leaking through our lounge ceiling. He completely changed his plans for the day and fixed the cause of the problem - in a confident, professional manner. Very grateful!

First time have used Simon to service our 4 yr old oil fired boiler that was previously installed by another plumber from Poole whose work was very unsatisfactory. Simon gave the best service of 2 previous plumbers and we will have him again for all our plumbing work. He meticulously cleaned the inside of the boiler taking 2 hours or so in his time with us. He checked the external plumbing from fuel tank to boiler and found a fault that he can return to put right. He repaired leaking pipework and answered all our concerns with confidence. He gave us a completed CD/11 report for our records.

Emergency call out as leak in the bathroom. Arrived early and checked on the problem. Friendly and have good advice (leak was from not having shower curtain in place)! No charge for call out. Answered all my questions! Great service and would definitely use them again!

Excellent service. Simon completed installation of my boiler in a day. A pleasure to have him working in the house. Would recommend to anyone.
