  From the initial visit to my house, through to job completion, I was extremely impressed! Simon is very knowledgeable and knows his systems technically, but was able to explain the system, the installation and how to use the Air conditioning so that I could understand. His workmanship is second to none and was very noticeable early on... Clean, tidy and keeping me informed with what's going on. I was given the choice of different mounting options for the outside unit and explained the pro's and cons. I'm Very happy with the work carried out and would definitely recommend SPO solutions!

  Initially I told Simon that I do not leave all 10 reviews because it looks false. It implies perfection, which does not normally exist in the trades. Whilst filling in this form I realised that I could not downgrade any of the categories. Additionally his customer facing attitude and follow up customer care is exemplary.

  Before the good... Okay so I've dinged them ever so slightly for getting brick dust on stuff in a narrow space and for the worlds tiniest chip on the sink in the room with the fusebox. That's the bad. That's all of it. Now the good: Turned up when they said they would, charged what they said they would. Went above and beyond to give me the ideal install. One unit in a tight space, they fit it to the mm so the unit had full range of motion and made the most use of the space. Other folks tried to talk me into things I didn't want, SPO made it work how I wanted and for a reasonable price.

  I had air con installed. Everything was exceptional from quotation to installation. The work was carried out to an excellent standard. Very tidy no mess. All equipment checked and clearly explained how to use. Highly recommended and priced extremely fairly and I wouldnt hesitate in using again. I have recommended this company to friends who have also had work completed and were extremely pleased with the pricing, work and overall service.
