  New hatch door, lighting, new insulation, boarded

  I cannot recommend Spotloft highly enough. After dealing with frustrating rodent issues and struggling to find a company willing to take on the job of boarding my loft, I was at a complete loss. Spotloft had absolutely no issues tackling the challenge. They came out, professionally reviewed exactly what needed to be done, and put my mind completely at ease. Kev was extremely helpful throughout the process, and the entire team was incredibly focused and professional. I am still amazed by how efficient they were—they managed to complete the entire job in just a single day!

  Kev and Wes were amazing. A pipe ended up leaking whilst they were doing the job but they made sure it was fixed and went out of their way to fix a switch in the bathroom that had been damaged too. work is exceptional and they were really friendly approachable tradesmen. I would 100% recommend them for future jobs. Can tell they take pride in their work and are trustworthy!

  Amazing work done by spotloft

  I would like to extend a huge thank you to Kev and the team for the fantastic work they’ve just completed in our loft. From attending the same day to provide a quote, the level of customer service has been exceptional throughout. Our house is very old, and Kev went above and beyond to remove everything from the loft — including items that weren’t part of the original quote. The team were professional, tidy, and respectful, cleaning up at the end of each day and making the whole experience stress free. We are so pleased with the work done and would 100% recommend to anyone

  Quick to quote and gave great advice. Came within a week due to a cancellation, completed the work efficiently, and left everything spotless. Very happy with the new wooden loft hatch and boarding for extra storage. Would definitely recommend.

  Loft Ladder/hatch installation

  Kev came on the day and time he said he would. He worked quietly and efficiently on the loft ladder and hatch.He cleaned up after himself and vaccumed the stairs,even cleaned outside where he had sawn some wood.He made sure I knew how to work the loft ladder/hatch before he left. A true professional who I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 👍🏻
