  Guttering Replacement

got 3 quotes for leaking guttering, spratts was the only one who actually got the ladders out and had a look at the guttering, up close and personal with the gutters. this gave me the confidence that they knew what they were doing. quote was reasonable as well. work completed quickly and efficently, replaced the complete guttering. a few weeks later once the drought ended and we had a significant amount of rain, then a minor issue with the guttering became apparent, i explained the issue to spratts, they cmae round two days later and rectified the problem, quickly effeciently without any fuss

Leak From New Installation and No Guarantee

We had soffits, fascias and guttering work completed by this company. During the installation there was some confusion, as we had expected the fascias to be fully replaced rather than simply boarded over. This was eventually addressed after we raised our concerns. However, only a few months later we have now discovered a leak from the new pipework that was installed. Our neighbour, who works in the guttering trade, is currently looking at the issue for us. What is particularly disappointing is that we were never provided with the guarantee that was promised following completion of the work.
