  Spratt’s Property Maintenance carried out a survey on the roof areas of my parents’ house. The survey was conducted very quickly and efficiently and the report was received as promised within 24hrs. Highly recommended.

• Gutter replacement

  We have had a very poor result from using this company. The replacement guttering has not been fit for purpose and leaks every time it rains. In heavy downpours the water lashes down the front of our house and windows. The workmanship is terrible and I would not recommend this company for similar work. Their response to our concerns has been off hand, albeit swift, but the multiple remedial work has resulted in ongoing problems that have still not been resolved. We will not use this company again for what should have been a simple straightforward replacement job.

  Mr Spratt telephoned to discuss the job and gave an estimate of the charge. Job arranged for the next day, two polite young men came, cleaned out all the old and replaced with new lining, guaranteed for 15 years. They worked tirelessly on what was the hottest day we've had for weeks. All debris was cleaned up, everything returned to its usual position in the garden. Photographs were provided of the work. A follow up phone call was made by Mr Spratt to check all OK. Invoice sent, lower end of the estimate, paid and receipted. Just need some rain to test it!

  From the first phone call Jack was polite and helpful, he came out at a time to suite me. He measured up talked me through my options of materials going over the pros and cons of each and advised me on which he thought would be best for me. He gave us a great price and we booked the work in. The guys were very polite and worked very hard until the job was finished really pleased with the result. Thanks to jack and the team

  We had multiple leaks on the roof of the property we had bought We gave Jack a ring he came out late in the evening as I finish work late. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable and I was very happy with the price he gave me. We booked in the work and the guys turned up on time kept the site tidy at the end of every day and did a great job we would highly recommend them to any of our friends and family.
