New first floor extension to front of house
We are very pleased with the end result. It blends in perfectly with the rest of the building. Some minor damage to the ground floor ceilings was repaired to our satisfaction. Minor quibbles were us prompting Sam to communicate with us in a timely way. Overall however, really good quality workmanship and good tradesmen . Complete refurbish of lounge and kitchen.
Our dealings with Sam and his team were excellent throughout the job. They were reliable, hardworking and finished the job to an excellent and very high standard. No matter what arose during the job, Sam came with solutions and ideas and nothing was to much trouble. Restructuring internal lay out in kitchen.
Friendly and professional. Happy to carry out many changes to original specification! Made helpful suggestions as work progressed. Transformed a very unloved area into something we now love.
