We had an excellent experience with the Springate Building Company. Dan, Billy and Louis worked tirelessly through some truly awful weather earlier this year, yet still completed our extension quickly and to a high standard. Corin was always on hand to help with any administrative queries, which made the whole process stress-free. The team were approachable throughout and more than happy to accommodate small changes we wanted to make along the way. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any building work.

Single story Extension - Omg what a team. They did a great job from start to finish. Everything was completed on time, as they were everyday on the building side. All very polite and answered any questions. Highly recommended.

Bill, Dan, Louis and Corin are skilled, hard working, knowledgeable and approachable. I really can’t fault them. Their workmanship was brilliant and their advice was spot on. Any issues we had, they worked through with us and came up with solutions. Bill sent a detailed quote and payment schedule that set clear expectation. They were extremely considerate - at the end of every day they cleared up as much as they could and they left us with as much working appliances as possible throughout. They weren’t disturbing to the neighbours. I would absolutely use Springate again and recommend them

We hired Springate Building Company to complete a two-story extension and some internal alterations at our home. Billy, Dan and Louis were incredibly professional, friendly and hardworking, it was a pleasure to have them working on our project. Their communication was very efficient; they kept us updated on each stage of the work and were happy to answer any queries. The work was completed in the timeframe specified and on budget, with only minor changes to the original quote as requested by us. I am very happy with the work completed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this brilliant team.

Billy and his team carried out our extension. They were brilliant, I could not have asked for a better building company. From the initial quote to completion, they were very professional. They completed the project to timeliness and budget as initially agreed. They are very kind and courteous. Tidy at all times. Work has been carried out to a very high standard.
