Spring Valley undertook repairs to our roof which included a new lead valley gutter system, elevations, membrane and tile battens. This work came with a guarantee of 10 years in the quote and then five years when they provided a certificate at the end of the work. The repair barely lasted six months. A temporary fix was made pending better weather conditions, but then they have not responded to calls, texts or emails for three months.

We had a roof that was 15 years old and keep getting damaged. I called them and discussed the quote. We had whole roof replaced in 3 days. Very happy and satisfied.
