Sam was brilliant. Called the same day I put the request on checkatrade. After trading voicemails he came out next day to take a look at the roof to assess the work, gave us some pointers on cleaning around the velux window which should solve the leak and also replaced a broken tile. He gave us a rough estimate of some more major work if required, but encouraged us to try cleaning it first before committing to any serious work or cost. Polite and friendly, would definitely call him again for any other roofing or general maintenance work.
