Spruce Gardening and Tree Care came along last week to do a big hedge trim, remove a tree, and cut back tall overhanging branches over the drive. Steve and his two team members did a careful, expert, and thorough job. They left after impressive tidying up and and a friendly and courteous day and a half's work. The pricing was competitive. The comments from neighbours positive. We are asking them back for further work soon.

Steve pruned and reshaped a robinia tree which had got out of hand in my garden. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, offered helpful advice and made sure I was happy when the work was completed. Everything was carried out very efficiently and at a fair price. I would certainly recommend Spruce Gardening and Tree Care and will definitely use this company again.

When a Steve turned up firstly to provide a quote, it was clear that he knew his subject. The advice that he gave was helpful and informative.. We agreed a price and date and the work was carried out with minimum disruption, and checking in during the course of day to advise as work was carried out ( trees requiring, thinning , lowering and pollarding as well as hedge trimming) . In consideration of my elderly mother he tried to keep noise to a minimum, and cleared up well after the job. Couldn’t have asked for better.

The work has been carried out well and all branches off cuts ect removed, very happy with the work done. Would use this company again.

The job was the removal of a tree, including stump grinding. The price was very competitive and the job was done extremely efficiently and without leaving any mess. During the visit in order to prepare the initial quote, Steve demonstrated great knowledge about the condition of the tree and picked up on things that none of the others noticed. Would definitely recommend to friends and neighbours for any similar jobs.
