Called because two upvc window handles had stopped working. Stuart agreed to call by between jobs to quote. Problem identified, free quote provided and replacement handles purchased and fit in less than an hour. Amazing service and repairs come with a 2 year guarantee - the cost was very reasonable. He explained what had broken, what needed to be done to sort it, and suggested ongoing maintainance options to prevent future issues. Polite, tidy worker - I would definitely use again. Would definitely recommend.
