Mark was great - good communication beforehand and knew his stuff

Mark was friendly and professional and communicated brilliantly before the visit. Alas my fridge was past the point of repair as the parts were obsolete however he gave some great recommendations. Would highly recommend.

Mark was helpful, friendly and capable. Communicated clearly about the timings, costs and reasons for works which was helpful to understand what was needed. Happy to reschedule when I was unexpectedly delayed travelling home from Dorset and washing machine is back up and running. Top result highly recommend.
