    Planning application for replacement dwelling and garage, building warrant, detail drawings and design. Administration of main contractor tenders. Regular inspections of worksite through to granting of completion certificate.

    The discussion and planning phase commenced in 2014. Actual on site working commenced June 2016. Completion certificate was obtained in December 2017. Squire Associates acted professionally throughout all the phases and charged as per contract.

    Architectural Drawings For House Extension

    Throughout the process of creating drawings for the house extension, which includes a new kitchen, Squire Associates have pro actively contacted me with latest plans and queries in order to complete all drawings, planning permission and building warrant. They have been very easy to work with and took the time to understand what it is that I wanted from my new extension. I would not hesitate to recommend Squire Associates to family and friends.
