Excellent service from start to finish . I had my initial appointment to measure for my door and go through options and styles . Everything was explained clearly to me and I wasn’t rushed or pressured at all to make decisions. I wasn’t kept updated from the point onwards to agree the date of fitting and the times . On the day of fitting, they arrived on time and were super friendly and tidy and I was given time to check everything and make sure I was happy with the locking mechanism. SRJ windows were professional from the very first phone call to fitting my window. Great looking, insulated windows
