New Bathroom Installation
An appointment to provide a quote was agreed well in advance, and I changed my work shifts. I was texted (not phoned) 1 hour prior to the appointment to cancell and re-arrange 1 week later. I've cancelled my request and cannot do business with an unreliable company from the outset! Now, i'm delayed! Maybe, the description provided was challenging for them!

Unfortunately when this appointment was booked the date was overlooked, and it happened to fall on Scotts daughter's first day at primary school. As any father would, Scott wanted to collect his daughter from school and treat her to some tea, before having to head back to work and stay late to complete some tiling. Hence why his evening jobs were rearranged. We apologize that you weren't given sooner notice, but the staff member who sent you the text message did try to call first but it went straight to voicemail and so she decided to send a text message encase you were at work and unable to answer a call. If you had explained to her that you urgently needed an appointment this week she would have worked the diary to try and fit you in, instead of this you immediately cancelled your appointment which gives us no opportunity to resolve the problem. Renovation of master bathroom and adding an en-suite
Excellent service from start to finish. Lots of choices for fixtures, fittings and tiles. Highly recommend.

Total renovation of the whole downstairs to make a beautiful kitchen dinner

Scott and his team completed our kitchen, utility room and created an additional w/c.
We are totally and utterly thrilled with the work completed by Scott and his team. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. Scott coordinated the whole project, ensuring that plumbers, electricians and plasterers were on site when needed and as a result the project ran smoothly. The finished product has surpassed what we envisaged and my mother in law was so blown away that she's now having her kitchen done in May, fitted by Scott and his team. Thank you SRKB!
Complete bathroom refurb
Couldn't recommend SRKB enough! Start to finish - from the admin and initially planning the job (as well as being incredibly flexible with some indecisiveness, on my part, over fixtures/spec etc choices at first...) to then installing everything in a timely yet unrushed manner, ensuring everything was exactly as it should be! A big thanks to Liam, Jude and Scott for their efforts, as well as the rest of the team - I really am delighted with how the bathroom and kitchen have turned out!
Full refit of bathroom
From start to finish, SRKB made our bathroom refurbishment easy, straightforward and stress free. Service was organised, punctual, friendly and professional. The workmanship was of excellent quality. We were pleased with level of communication which meant we could make aesthetic and practical decisons. This coupled with their attention to detail has resulted in a great finish. Left the house clean and tidy each day too.
Kitchen and Bathroom renovation
Big thank you to Scott and his lovely team at srkb, for turning my very tired and run down kitchen and bathroom into a palace. The team were all very professional and friendly, can't praise them enough!
Bathroom and kitchen re fit
I had both the kitchen and bathroom refitted by SRKB. From start to finish the process was smooth and of a high standard even when I made last minute changes these were accommodated efficiently. All the fitters were polite and there work was of a high Standard. Scott I particular has an eye for detail. I even left him to make the final decision on something’s as I trusted his judgement.
Install downstairs shower room
Really pleased with the new shower room Scott and team installed. The overall finish and attention to detail was excellent. Definitely recommend
