Catio extension

Fixing patio door and replacing shower handle.
Good communication. They let me know the specific time they’d arrive and were on time. Fixed the patio door no problem. The shower handle needed replacing so after consulting with me, they went to get a new one, came back quickly and fitted it with no issues. Good productive morning! Kitchen redecoration no-show

Poor communication
Contact was made first great no problem, I took the time out of work too meet SR property services also arranging tenants to be at the property for him to see the work and thought having given all my details he would return with a quote that he promised a week later I then chased for him to tell me he’s on holiday and would get the quote on his return but over a month now and nothing.
