    Exterior decorating

Simon carried out extensive work to the exterior of our Victorian house, including the preparation/painting of all doors, windows, woodwork and external walls, refurbishment of outbuilding doors, and replacement of fascias, gutters and downpipes. All the work was carried out to an exceptionally high standard and the house loooks fantastic. Simon takes pride in the quality of his workmanship and in building excellent relationships with his customers. Having used his services before, I had no hesitation in asking him to undertake the work and would use him again without hesitation in the future.

    Excellent work, punctual and reliable.

I’ve used Simon’s services over the past few years. He has done a number of jobs for example repointed the chimney, assembled and fitted a gate, assembled garden storage units, repaired a loose bathroom shower track. His work is excellent, and he is punctual, polite. I will use his services again. I highly recommended Simon.

    Excellent work !

Simon has redecorated the entire exterior of our 2930's semi, front and back, plus garden walls. He has been impressively thorough; ensuring all surfaces properly prepped and any repairs carried out before painting - no detail skimped & the house looking great. We would definitely recommend

Hi my name is Simon Rees and I am the sole trader of my business SR Property Maintenance.

I decided to start my own business in January 2018 and have experience in many aspects of property maintenance having started my career as a teenager in the building trade.

I take on many types of jobs internal and external; the types of services I have provided are complete external refurbishments, concreting, repointing, internal painting right through to smaller jobs such as installing curtain rails, blinds and jet washing. I don't consider any job as too small so please give me a call.
