• Flat Roof Repair- Leak and damaged wood

  SR Roofing were very quick to provide a quote for a small roof repair. We were provided with a full explanation and visual account of the damage along with repair options in terms of materials used. Although there was a delay to when the job was actually started, the team were friendly, competent and courteous, completing the repair in quick time despite the rain. We are happy with the overall repair, service and would definitely recommend & use SR Roofing again, plus they offer a guarantee for their work.

• Renewing flat roof and reroofing tiled dormer sections.

  I was badly let down by previous roofer. My roof was leaking & water pouring in house in 3 or 4 places. S R Roofers came out really quickly & did a fantastic job, stripping back the old flat roof which had been done totally wrongly & replacing. We could SEE the difference immediately & it was neat & professional. They checked the other roofs that were leaking & gave separate quotes. The job took a lot of work & a number of people worked on it for some days. The prices were fair & the company VERY fair in enabling me to save up to pay the bill. Friends couldn’t believe a company would do this!

  I was overall pleased with the quality and workmanship of the job; unfortunately they let themselves down by their refusal to provide either an invoice nor the impressive 30 year guarantee promised. As someone who is looking to move house soon this is very important to me as it enhances the value of the property. Without such documentation any such promises are unenforceable. My recommendation is not to pay them any money until the invoice is forthcoming and don't be fobbed off like I was. - It has now been received
