Full Roof Replacement
Full roof replacement plus some additional jobs - including lead replacement and chimney repair - carried out quickly and thoroughly. Sam was easy to communicate with and his team were polite and friendly. Before he retired, Sam's dad did a number of jobs for us, including replacing the original slate tiles with interlocking concrete tiles. Sam has clearly inherited his dad's reliability and know-how so we felt confident putting our house in the hands of the next generation of Ripleys! Reliable, thorough, and fast roofing service
Sam showed up exactly when he said he would, did all the roofing work thoroughly and quickly. Works and costs were clearly explained with videos and photos taken before and after. Contract was clear and terms were fair. The whole crew were really decent and nice to have around the house. Care was taken to clean up, to answer all our questions and to respond to any concerns. The job ended up being bigger than anticipated due to unexpected problems including asbestos and a rotten rafter and Sam treated us fairly throughout. Excellent from start to finish
Sam & his team (including scaffolders) were efficient from start to finish. I rang Sam for help having had tiles fall off the gable end overnight leaving the remaining tiles unsafe. I have had a complete retiling of the house roof done & throughout Sam kept me informed with videos & photos.
