  S R Roofing were quick, efficient and tidy. They explained what was needed and showed us evidence of damage and were open to questions and suggestions. They gave us options and did not pressure us. The job was very tidy and the team were friendly and approachable.

  2 felt roofs replaced with GRP & relaid bonnets on main roof

  S R Roofing & Building Ltd provided an excellent professional service, from providing a detailed quote to completion. They devised a sensible solution to improve our overall roof drainage & they all worked extremely hard throughout the job, stripping back 2 flat felt roofs & replacing them with GRP roofs, plus relaying existing bonnets. The whole team is cheerful, polite & professional, cleared up continuously & minimised mess, whilst taking care not to damage garden plants, etc. We were impressed with their work ethic, expertise, communication, & the quality of workmanship.

  New tiled roof installation

  Sam and his team work fast and pay attention to detail. They leave the workplace tidy. He responds promptly to any queries. When there were issues Sam always finds a solution to get the job done properly leaving the customers happy. It is the third job he has done for us and we will definitely call him again!

  Friendly, courteous, wonderful to deal with

  Sam and the team were fantastic from reviewing the work request, responding the same night to my query, coming the next day to review and quote, and then getting the work done within days of the original request. Throughout Sam and the team were courteous, quick and knowledgeable, and the work was done not only as agreed, but they also checked all over the roof in case anything else was needing repairs - they then shared their findings immediately and we agreed to also fix another area of the roof that needed repair. Thank you ever so much!

  Remove Deteriorated Existing Roof & Replace with New Tiled Roof

  Do not hesitate to use this company. Excellent knowledge, experience, workmanship, materials and equipment. The company owner and his team are diligent and hardworking, giving attention to detail, whilst remaining polite, thorough, tidy and reliable. All of the team provide communication on all aspects of the works throughout. The work was completed quickly despite unforseen issues after removing the existing deteriorated roofing felt, showing rotten rafter and hidden upvc covered rotten wooden fascia and soffit boards and asbestos boarding. All rectified with ventilated fascia and soffits
