  Emergency roof tile replacement

  Response was within 15 of contacting Checkatrade, Tradesman turned up 30 mins after their initial phone call. Work carried out quickly and without drama. Price was very reasonable. Very happy

  Filled in cement gaps on the roof, also re felted the roof of a bay window

  Sam was such a lovely young man. Very very trustworthy. We had a couple of rogue guys knock on the door. They were going to charge £250 to cement a small piece without even getting off the ladders. Sam charged no where near but he also cemented all along the top of the roof and re-pointed the chimney for £120 Also refelted above the small window, no more dampness. I totally recomend Sam, also turns up when he says he will

  Re-felted flat roof and repaired woodwork

  Firstly it was amazing to find someone so friendly and trustworthy. He arrived when he said he would, was really competitively priced and his workmanship was excellent. He didn’t stop working and tidied everything up when he left. Absolutely fabulous service and we would not hesitate to use Sam again. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

  Repair and recover of front bay flatroof

  Absolutely 1st class service and would thoroughly recommend. Extremrly helpful and fitted us in at very short notice to fix our front bay flatroof which was leaking, whilst doing the work they found some dislodged tiles which they put right and refused to take any payment for this adfitional work. Takes a genuine pride in job done well and a top class attitude.
