This is the second time I have used SRS and the results have been excellent both times. Simon is on time, courteous, professional, and does a brilliant job, paying special attention to stand-out marks. End result is fab. Highly recommend, especially if you want to sit back with a cup of tea and watch someone else do all the heavy lifting and come out with a perfect carpet at the end of it.

Simon got in touch quickly after I contacted him and arrived on time to start the rug cleaning. He was really efficient and I’m delighted with the work. He also got blue jeans marks out of our fabric arm chair and has brought it back to life- kindly offering to polish up the leather foot stool too. I would not hesitate to contact him again for further work or recommend him.
