My wife rang Scott and he arrived as promised in 30 minutes. ( Absolutely fantastic response ) This very pleasant young man dealt with the problem very efficiently and professionally. He sorted out the problem and also ran tests on the faulty battery unit which he replaced. His charges which included call out was very reasonable. Job location: BS8Really pleased with the end result. Scott ensured it was done to the best standard, and it looks really professional. He was super honest at the start about costs - and extra costs that may arise during the job out of his control. Communicated quickly and was able to be flexible with timings and dates so that all the flats in the building could be accessed.
