Alarm box going off
10Verified ReviewI got home to find that my alarm box was going off outside my house, however inside there was no power to the alarm control panels so I couldn't disable it. Put a request out on here and within 5 minutes got a call from Ross. Despite it being a Sunday, he said that he was only down the road from me so would quite happily come round straight away. He rectified the problem temporarily and refused to charge me. Needless to say, they will be installing the new one. Amazing service.
