We needed to knock through a wall and build a wet room inside our garage while still leaving useable space. Steve was very thoughtful throughout the process, considering the needs of the user, ensuring there was enough space to future proof. Steve worked diligently and quickly completed the work within a couple of weeks. Steve arrived early every day and ensured he cleaned up after. The workmanship is of high standard and we are very happy with the completed works.

Steve and his team gutted our kitchen, including removing flooring. Kitchen was replastered, rewired, new plumbing. Flooring levelled before kitchen installed. New boiler supplied and moved from kitchen to upstairs bathroom, and new cupboard built to house it with additional storage. Flooring in understairs cupboard was taken up and replaced. New joists installed due to penetrative damp. Steve was flexible with us when asking for changes to the plan, and came up with suggestions to improve the finish. Steve and Ryan worked hard to finish everything within 3 weeks. Delighted we chose Steve!

Very professional bathroom refurbishment. Originally a kitchen with the back door This was converted to a spacious modern bathroom with underfloor heating. We supplied the sanitary ware and fittings and Steve completed the work. Very impressed with the finished result. Highly recommend Steve and his team.

Steve and Ryan have done a great job refurbishing our separate bathroom and toilet and downstairs cloakroom plus upgrading some of the fixtures/ decorating our kitchen. They advised us on the best suppliers and materials to use and we were kept fully informed on the progress of the works. They worked hard and were keen to ensure that we were happy with everything. A few unforeseen problems arose but they took them in their stride and found ingenious solutions. Any snagging issues were promptly dealt with. The works finished on time and to budget and we are delighted with the finished product.

The project was both complicated and carried out in a challenging timescale. S Simons managed to do both an excellent job in terms of quality, and completed the works within the available programme. There were technical challenges with complex new equipment being installed which S Simons readily coped with. S Simons also brought some innovative solutions to the technical challenges to ensure the end result would stand the test of time and future proof the house for the occupant. In addition S Simons spotted and corrected some existing problematic items previously installed by others.

Steve Simons team carried out full refurbishments to two properties. They did such a good job on the first we asked them to do the other. Bathrooms, kitchens, boilers, etc Very trustworthy, polite, tidy and communication was fantastic. Definitely recommend. Definitely recom
