  Stripped old floor, put in new bathrooms and felt states. New roof cement.

  New roof, felt, batons fascia, soffits and guttering.

  Fitted netting cap on chimneys to prevent birds getting down them. Also fitted a new guttering and pointed up ridge caps and chimney stack and replaced 2 tiles.

  I gave them a score of 9 for workmanship because I could not get up on the roof to inspect it, but appears fine from the ground. He did find a couple of jobs that needed to be done once up on the roof and was I thought asking to much for the work, and when I said no came down to a more realistic price.
