James provided an excellent, professional survey, very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this company.

We have had a new treatment plant and drainage field installed. Over the last 26 years, we have had various companies carrying out different jobs at our property. James and his team are the best we have ever dealt with. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, client-focused, extremely hard-working, obliging, punctual, efficient - and resilient! (We notice that another reviewer says Robin and Roy worked tirelessly through a heatwave. On our job, they soldiered on throughout days of torrential rain - never stopped.) Would recommend without hesitation.

James provided excellent advice prior to the job. Quote was accurate and communication throughout was top notch. Robin and Roy were superb throughout and worked all through the heat of last week. They explained what was being done and left everything tidy once they had finished. Excellent across the board.

Just had a new treatment system fitted. From the first site visit, to the work being carried out. I am very pleased with everything. The team carrying out the work, were very professional and polite. I would happily recommend James and his team.

I would highly recommend using James, came out of hours to suit me and went over and above to check and clear our drains.

When we bought our property we were advised to have a survey completed on the septic tank, we asked James to complete the survey who explained every thing in detail. We received a fully detailed survey informing us the septic tank was no longer compliant and further more had to be replaced due to soak away no longer working which without knowing would have cost us after the sale. Once we moved in James installed a new system as he quoted on the survey and everything went smoothly I would highly recommend James and his company to anyone requiring this type of work.
