Post Renovation Clean
Very disappointing experience. I paid £350 for a deep clean following a four-month house renovation, and unfortunately, the quality of work and customer service were extremely poor. Michael was friendly and accommodating before securing the job, but his attitude changed once the work was completed. I was assured that payment wouldn’t be required until my wife was satisfied with the clean. However, before she had even finished inspecting the property, Michael was at my front door demanding payment. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. The cleaning itself was equally disappointing. Despite knowing the extent of our renovation, the team appeared to use basic cleaning products and wipes, with little attention to detail. Several areas were still visibly dirty. When questioned, I was told certain marks couldn’t be removed, yet I managed to remove them myself with an ordinary wipe and minimal effort. For £350, I expected a thorough, professional clean, not something I could have easily done myself. It felt as though getting paid was more important than customer satisfaction.
