I rang John who despite being off sick, came out to fix my 93 year old mother-in-laws Acorn stair lift. He did an amazing job and had it up and running within an hour! A fantastic job, at half the call out charge of other companies. I won’t hesitate to call him again if the need arises! Thank you John!

Oud daughter found this company via the internet and arranged a site visit for the followinf day, Friday. John arrived on time and was very helpful and measured up for fitting Sunday - but late Friday contacted to ask if fitting Saturday morning was acceptable - which it was. Arranged for 11am, he arrived at 10.45, by 11.30 the lift was installed and tested, operation carefully tested and explained by/to me, warranty and subsequent call-out (after warranty) charges explained. superb. Compared to new prices from "known names" his prices are superb. The local go-to man for a stairlift!! Thanks.

John made the process of getting a stairlift installed a breeze. He was really helpful on the initial call, providing me with all the information I needed to think about. We booked in for a home quotation the following day, he came on a Sunday. John made us feel comfortable right from the start, he showed a genuine caring attitude. We felt comfortable & confident and went ahead with his quote and recommendations. John fitted the stairlift the following day within an hour, turning up at the time he promised. He ensure that we understood how it worked and took the time to show Mum how to use it

Very Impressive service from initial point of contact to installation, fast site survey and no hassle quote which was very competitive. James was professional and showed great workmanship skill on installation and demonstration he was fast and tidy. Had an issue on a Sunday afternoon and he was with us within the hour which is an outstanding aftercare/warranty response time. With my Dad recently breaking his hip I needed a good quality stairlift installed at short notice. After much phoning around I had John from Stairliftstoday at Maidstone recommended to me. I can honestly say that the experience was a pleasure from the moment I spoke to him to the moment it was installed. John is a trustworthy, reliable and recommended a refurbished unit for better value. His workmanship was first rate and he even managed to install it early and keep the existing handrails in place. John fitted the stairlift the day after I ordered it. He arrived at the time that he said he would and fitting took less than an hour. Everything was explained thoroughly and my wife tested the lift to make sure it suited her before John left. First class service and would highly recommend.
