James communicated really well from the start. His pricing method suited me, providing two days paying day rate and he picked up any extra jobs he found along the way. This meant when he discovered loose header bricks above a window he sorted these too. Puts in a full days work, checks your satisfaction along the way. James is aware that customers don’t know who to trust so by keeping you updated and running things by you along the way you feel secure, even providing photo records along the way. James clearly knows his trade well.
