Excellent service. Communication was outstanding from the start and Todd clearly knew what he was doing enabling him to diagnose all of our issues and provide a top service. When doing the job, Todd was professional and even when a further issue was found with my boiler, he was able to sort it and explain to me what exactly was needed. Todd went above and beyond and I would highly recommend him. Will absolutely use Stanley PHG for all future jobs. Gold standard.

Todd fitted a replacement shower for me and I couldn't be happier with the service. He was the only plumber who flagged that, despite having the same model number, the original shower my landlord ordered was a different wattage—and thanks to him, I was able to order the correct one before it was installed. I really appreciated his attention to detail, especially as no one else had mentioned this. He had the best communication, was the most reasonably priced, and was flexible enough to fit the shower the day after it arrived. The job was done quickly, cleanly, and without any fuss.
