Disappointing experience Total cost for new boiler £2,638. Pulsacoil recommended and ordered by the team. Delivery took three weeks; installation took two days. Prior to installation, requested confirmation of a 10-year warranty on multiple occasions (via the MyBuilder job description, email, and in person). After installation and registration of the boiler, I was informed that the unit supplied carried a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty. At no point prior to installation was I informed the boiler they had ordered only had a five year warranty. Independently verify warranty before proceeding.
