A total time waster...
We placed order in beginning assuming this person knows everything about cleaning, later he turned up with basic carpet cleaning sprays which are available for £1 shops. He knows nothing of trade, just a time waster, also his language is not clean, he mumbles a lot and cannot understand proper english. avoid him, he is totally time waster.

Excellent result, helpful and hardworking
First to respond to me, helpful and positive. Arrived as expected, did an excellent job cleaning huge rug and carpet so the rug looked new, also cleaned sofas and chair and footstool and Scotch guarded them. Worked hard, moved furniture I couldn’t and clearly wanted to do a great job. Recommend Franco highly, will definitely use him again. In the heat carpets dry after a few hours and sofa after 24.

Prompt and got the job done.
Not the cheapest but first to respond . Fast prompt service. I ask for the whole stairway area over 3 floors to be cleaned . He came equipped with his machines , steamed clean it and got the job done.

Star Carpet Cleaning came out for a small job and ended up cleaning most of our house! Cannot rate the work highly enough. Star Carpet have given a new life to the carpets and stopped us spending hundreds replacing them this year, lifted some old marks I wasn't expecting to come out, freshened everything up and was a lovely person too. Not everything dried as quickly as hoped but it was not a warm or sunny day, within 24hrs everything was dry. 5*

Cleaning of a 3 piece suite and carpets.
Franco, came the next day to carry out the job. He was very knowledgeable, kind and courteous. Would recommend and will be using his services again to clean carpets upstairs. Our sofa looks brand new again.
