    Responsive, cleaned the gutters as asked. He saw an issue with a gutter and fixed it with an additional charge. I did ask him to take before and after pictures. He did it but seem abit reluctant. He spotted an issue with a slate on my roof and suggested I get a roofer, which was very helpful.
