  Bathroom & Kitchen Plumbing

  Posted 23 October

Replace kitchen mixer tap due to a persistant leak on the existing tap.

Victor arrived during the time slot given when he quoted for the job & was friendly & very knowledgable about the fitting and fully explained the process. He carried out the work in a very professional manner and offered advice on the cost of kitchen taps, the expected lifespan once fitted and offered tips during the fitting process and what problems could be encountered. Once the tap was fitted, he thoroughly checked the fitting to ensure it was working correctly and not leaking from any connections under the sink. He advised to monitor the connections and tap for leaks or function issues and was happy to be contacted and re-attend promptly to provide any remedial work necessary. Very happy with the service and advice provided, along with the clean and tidy state of the kitchen was left in. I would highly recommend Victor to anyone looking for a reliable experienced plumber.

  Plumbing Repairs

  Replacement toilet flush valve

Viktor provided outstanding service and went above and beyond what was expected. He came to replace a flush valve that was no longer fit for purpose, but rather than simply replacing the faulty part, he replaced all of the internal mechanisms to ensure everything was working properly. Despite the additional work involved, he stuck to the original quoted price. While carrying out the repair, Viktor also identified what appeared to be a blockage in the waste pipes. He took the time and care to investigate and clear the issue, making sure everything was functioning as it should before leaving. Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely committed to doing the job right. I highly recommend Viktor and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
