Came to look at work needed and agreed to give a quote. Said they would get back to me a few days later. 3 weeks later I rang them, said they would call with the quote the next day. 1 week later rang them again, said they will call back in 1/2 hour, didn’t hear anything. Got someone else to do the work, was completed within the week.

We did not need any work and very helpful with boiler people to find out what they needed
