We recently started a project that quite quickly became a lot more in depth than we initially thought possible. The task required expert knowledge and guidance and this is exactly what he had from Karim. Quick work and good communication.
Checkatrade says that four people replied to my query, but Stay Steel was one of two that actually showed up in my email inbox. A visible reply is always a good start. Their reply also quoted a starting price, unlike the other one. They visited a week and a half after first contact. The quoted price promised a report two to three weeks after inspection (pay more for faster), but the full report was delivered after only one week. It is long and detailed. We communicated by WhatsApp, and they sent the report (on PDF) to my phone. I'm sure they would have emailed it if I had asked.Verified reviewerJob location: MK210 Structural Engineer

Roof survey - aerial drone!
Karim and the team at Stay Steel are highly professional. We used their aerial roof survey service for a flat roof property. Karim was highly responsive and easily contactable throughout the process. The team had to obtain additional permissions to fly the drone but they took everything into their own hands. The report we received was very detailed and clear with helpful recommendations for further actions included. Excellent Structural Engineering Service
Karim carried out a structural survey on a property we are buying and provided an excellent service from start to finish. The report was detailed, well presented and easy to follow, with clear explanations of the structural issues, recommendations for further investigations and estimated remedial costs. Communication was prompt and professional throughout, and the report has been extremely valuable in helping us understand the true condition of the property before making a final decision.
