SWI insulated my complicated loft space over a period of two weeks during the hot weather without complaint. They were courteous and tidy, arriving on time and leaving everything neat when they left at the end of the day. Joe was really responsive and kept me in the loop as the work progressed. They also came back and neatened a few snags without complaint. Most importantly, the loft is usable all year round so the insulation clearly worked! I would recommend Joe and the team without hesitation.

I highly recommend this company. Nice to work with, reasonable price and excellent outcome. The project was small but had many fiddly details (due to my requirements). Joe & Champ were very diligent, and willing to work with me at every stage over a long (12 hour day) so that the outcome was as I had hoped. One of the challenges of installing insulation in hard-to-access places is that the customer cannot easily check if the work has been done well. In contrast, I was invited to inspect the work at each stage to confirm I was satisfied. It really was a pleasure working with Joe & Champ.

Very professional, yet very kind. External Insulation is only worth it if carried out properly and professionally and that is what SWI provides. We had most of the house insulated in 2 phases (dispute with the neighbour about access), so were able to notice the difference in temperature in the rooms already insulated, compared to those not yet done. The last wall was done recently, by court order and SWI complied with all the judge's order. Their workers are very polite and pleasant to have around, they do clean after themselves properly, which cannot be said about just any company...

SWI undertook both some internal insulation and external insulation, and even managed to build a porch (which was a bit of a last minute addition!) for us. The work was carried out quickly, efficiently, and to a very high standard. The team were polite, communication was fantastic throughout, and they always tidied up and left everything tidy at the end of each day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company
