  S T Builders, Shane is our go to builder he has completed jobs for three members of my family with a forth pending. His work is to a very high standard and we have always been very pleased with the finish.

  Our saviour after previous cowboy builder dramas

  After a horrendous experience with a cowboy builder, Shane has been helping to rectify and finish works in our home. He has sorted out the leaking pipework in our bathroom which required refitting our tiled in shower, installed and finished skirtings and architraves, fitted the cooked hood properly (the previous trader has it venting into a cupboard), sorted out the leaking roof caused by missing flashings and poorly fitted tiles and carries out lots of general handy work. He is diligent, hardworking and always does a quality job. His rates are fair and does a full days work.

  High quality work and a provider that we'll use again and again

  Shane has been our family’s "go to" building services provider for around 5 years, and this was the fourth or fifth time we have used him. We completely trust Shane to be in and around our homes, and we trust the advice he gives us on how practical and doable our ideas and plans are. We have always been thrilled with the end result and the quality of Shane's work on every occasion. For any work my parents or I want done in our homes in the future, Shane will be the first call that we'll make again.

  General Building Work - Whole House Renovation

  Our renovation required all building trades from demolition to finishing. ST Building Services performed these speedily and to an excellent standard. In addition to the work undertaken they gave us really helpful insight, advice and suggestions.
