Aerial/cabling issue
Ray came along first call of the day after calling with an ETA. Diagnosed an old worn out cable from the aerial on the roof, replaced it, did all the checks re-tuned my elderly mothers TV for Freeview, and did a perfect job. I cannot praise Ray enough for his work and general customer service. 100% great. Cost was reasonable too. Will certain use STC again and recommend to others.

New Aerial on roof
Ray from STC was brilliant. He spent a few hours at our property, installed a nee aerial on the roof and enabled us to get TV signal in multiple rooms. He was fast, friendly and efficient and we would use him again should any other TV/ aerial issues arise.

IT NEEDED A NEW SPLITTER/BOOSTER BOX. WE COULD NOT FINE THE FAULT.
VERY HAPPY TO HAVE MY PVR AND TV WORKING WELL AGAIN. ENGINEER EXCEEDINGLY POLITE, HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT. WOULD USE AGAIN

New Ariel point fitted in bedroom and signal looked at in front room.
Would highly recommend to anyone wanting work done. I could not fault anything from the first phone call to the appointment. The engineer turned up on time and was very informative about what he was doing and checking I was happy before doing anything. Non obligation quote given before agreeing to work and all completed in good time to high standard.
