From start to finish Steamy Windows were very professional and made the whole experience stress free. Darren the glazer turned up on time to look at the problem and take us through the process. He was very clear about which windows need replacing, how it would be done and in what time frame. On the day for works Darren and Carl were very professional - they got straight on the job, they were courteous, and at time humours and respected our property. From start to finish the whole experience was very easy and not stressful at all. We had 10 window which needed replacing they were either shot of misty. Darren was the Glazer who came around to look at the damage and provide us with a quote and a time line for the work. He was very knowledgeable and very clear about what the issues were. On the day - Darren and Carl were at the job straight away, they got on replacing the windows in and professional and no fuss manner. After posting job on check a trade Darren was one of first to contact me. Arranged a visit to survey and measure for replacement. Gave an excellent quote kept me informed of progress of unit he ordered for the job. Arranged date and time to do work was prompt and informed me before his arrival. Carried out repair in good time and to a high standard of workmanship. Cleared any mess and removed damage unit. Darren throughout has been friendly courteous and professional. will definitely use again if needed and highly recommend 5 star service 👍
