Always polite and pleasant.
Sam came to fix some items that we provided and to install some lights that he sourced. As usual, he did the work when he said he would and completed every thing in less than a day, including some (very) minor warranty work from a previous visit. He gives helpful advice and inspires confidence with his can-do attitude. I would recommend him for any electrical work.

I've earmarked work for Sam in my next house.
Sam first did work for me I think before lockdown - replacing an outdoor light that had filled with rainwater. He completed the work efficiently and sealed all round the new unit with silicon to prevent further ingress of water. I hadn't asked him for this and was expecting to do it myself. I recently had Sam to carry out a survey of the electrics prior to me moving house (July 2025). This was done efficiently and I asked him to return to carry out one item that he had identified. Throughout his service has been polite, his work has been neat and tidy and his charges very reasonable.

Install two heated towel rails.
Excellent service. Response to my initial enquiry was within a few hours. A date was agreed for a visit later that week. On that day a quote was given, accepted and work started on the day! Very tidy and clean work. Nothing to fault.

Replace existing PIR light
Contacted Sam on 26th Nov - he came to see the job the same day. The work was carried out next day, 27th Nov. The work was carried out quickly with no fuss, despite the high winds that day. The work done is very neat and tidy, and at a fair price. I'm very impressed. I'd already left messages for 2 other electricians, so far no answer. Sam will be my go-to electrician in future!

Checked all electrics and put right any issues. New fuse box. Light switches replaced. New power sockets. Outside work.
Polite and I now know my electrics are safe. He was everything you would wish a tradesmen to be. Honest and quote was as paid.
