I had Steel City Gutters out this week to replace the guttering at the front and back of my house. The scaffold went up on time, they've even arranged to have the scaffold taken down quickly so I can have some other works completed. The new gutters look great. They did a good job sweeping up after they finished, and have been super helpful and responsive via text and email. Overall really great job, would highly recommend.

Quick response to my request and on a Saturday as well. Polite professional people. Removed large amounts of debris from gutters. Very reasonably priced. Will be using them in the future.

Overall the service was ok. After the downpipe was fitted, I saw holes in the brickwork very close to where the downpipe had been attached via drills. I assumed the holes were caused by the pressure from all the drilling. SCG said the holes were caused by removing the old downpipe. Either way, SCG should take some responsibility to communicate potential hole problems with downpipe installation OR removal, rather than the customer finding random holes with no explanation. In the end I called them and they agreed to come back to fill the gaps.

Came at very short notice (1hr) from calling. We had water coming in from our living room window due to heavy rainfall. Inside 30 minutes of arriving, ladders were up and problem identified and resolved (blocked Downpipe) Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout. Would highly recommend to anyone
