  Marcus managed our project brilliantly from start to finish, bringing in and arranging trusted trades to cover all the different jobs and ensuring everything was finished to a top standard - he and his team worked around numerous tricky problems and helped us get the best solutions - as well as giving us invaluable advice on the DIY we planned to add afterwards.

• Extension and refurbishment to my property

  We were hesitant with finding a builder due to all the negative stories we had heard. We had a couple builders come and look at the works but we didn’t feel comfortable with them. We were recommend Mr Steele by our neighbour, when he came out he was very professional and above friendly. He gave us many different options and explains in great detail what our options where and how to get over a few issues we had. All works now have been completed and we are extremely happy with their work. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

• Refurbished bathroom/ flooring and fitted new shower cubicle

  My contractor, Marcus Steele, has done a very good job here. Pictures look great. He had to remove the ceramic tiled flooring and replace these as well as fitting a shower cubicle, plus other jobs which came along in the meantime. There was previously a leak from the toilet in this room, which also damaged the ceiling in the bedroom below. This The leak has been resolved and the ceiling has been refurbished. I understand Marcus had some issues arranging times etc with the tenant but cannot really comment on this issue. A great job done.

• Fitting new window cavity trays and helical bars across cracks in the front of building

  Work was completed thoroughly, on time and on budget. I requested some additional work due to a miscommunication with my Tennant which Markus was happy to incorporate into the work. Markus kept me updated at all times and sent photos of the work as it progressed. Importantly water is no longer pouring into the property every time it rains. I would happily recommend to anybody else looking for an expert builder.
