  Great service and communication

  The communication from Ali was first class from start to finish. I was looking for someone to service my brothers gas boiler and fire after getting no response from the original fitter. Ali contacted me quickly and from then until the job was completed he kept me updated. My brother was delighted with everything done, all in all great service. Thank you!

  Needed a leak repair

  Ali was communicative throughout the process, and was able to get to me within the week. In the time that he had, he diagnosed the problem and was able to get the problem sorted out promptly. He also provided tips and advice on how to keep my heating / water running and things to do around boiler care. Happy with the service and would call again if needed!

  Central heating repairs

  Ali and his colleague Ali were great guys and sorted out my central heating. There were multiple issues with my system, the pump had failed and the system needed flushing. They rectified those effectively but I had further problems with an ancient thermostat and control panel, so they came out a few days later and now my central heating is working perfectly

  Boiler replacement and full heating system power flush

  My boiler packed up because of sludge and muck in the system. I needed this to be addressed so I have found this company Steelhouse services locally. The engineers have come to my property and have carried out the work to a very high standard.time efficient. Very polite reliable highly experienced work was neat and tidy. My radiators started working again and felt like a new system. Full tutorial given. Would highly recommend. Ray
