  Bathroom and ensuit refurbushed

  I recently had my bathroom and ensuite refurbished, and while they were pleasant and polite, the results were disappointing. The most significant issue is the drastic reduction in water pressure in both showers, turning what were once powerful showers into weak dribbles. This is a huge issue and we are struggling to shower. Additionally, the sealant around the new shower cubicle is already disintegrating, raising concerns about potential water damage and looks bad. The sealant is also patchy around bath and floors. The cladding panels also have issues, with visible joint lines.

  Bathroom fit: ashamed for being ripped off.

  After posting the review below, the pipework failed, causing a significant water leak. The failure was due to missing inserts in the plastic pipework, not only in the pipe that leaked, but ALL of them. Consider having any work by Stella inspected. If this had occurred while I was out, the flood would have been much more severe. Three plumbers confirmed substandard workmanship, with multiple issues. I am still awaiting a response from Stella (Jim). Only five months after the work, I am left with a mess. Automatic email response claims Stella’s closure but is still listed on Companies House.

  Bathroom renovation gone wrong

  Team were very friendly and helpful, they came out twice, showed samples and catalogues. We discussed all the details and agreed on specific furniture and fittings, which they confirmed would all come from Scudo. However, after the installation I opened the drawer to find they had actually installed units from another manufacturer that total about £250 cheaper. After closer inspection, the installation was very rough: the flooring does not reach the wall in places, showing the old flooring underneath; there are huge gaps between skirting and wall; etc.

  bathroom companies, if they don't have stock of what is requested, they send from a different manufacturer. always of the same standard. This is what happened in this instance. customer refused any discount and refused to pay for any of it.

  ** A Stellar Transformation!** I recently had the pleasure of hiring Stella Bathrooms for a major bathroom renovation, and I must say, the entire experience exceeded my expectations! The project was completed in just 5 days, and the transformation was absolutely amazing. What stood out the most was the professionalism and accommodating nature of Jim and Tom. They were not only experts in their field but also very welcoming to any suggestions I had. Highly recommended.

  Bathroom installation

  Was contacted via email. Agreed a time/date to visit. Provided a reasonable quote compared to some of the larger companies it seemed appropriate for the job. When the lads got going they were very accommodating with the additional requests and sorted out some long standing plumbing issues. Overcome some tricky structural issues and we're able to reposition the freestanding bath and got the panels on an uneven wall. A few snaggs along the way but came back out the following week as promised to sort out. Would highly recommend, would use again. Very clean and professional 10/10

  Stella Bathrooms were fantastic from start to finish - Jim and Mark are excellent fitters, very friendly, polite and courteous. Nothing was a problem and they did an absolutely amazing job. They transformed a very tired bathroom into a cosy haven. Couldn’t fault them, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
