I have used this company on three occasions and have been really delighted and satisfied with their service. My floors look beautiful and their eye for detail was impressive. They communicated well with me throughout the job and were very professional. My home was respected and left immaculate when they finished. The price was very fair and I would highly recommend them

Step Above were really helpful in choosing the floor that was needed in our kitchen and living room. When they came to measure they took into account our needs and were honest with us about the right floor for us (especially with our new puppy and high traffic areas!). Their knowledge and expertise helped me get the exact look I wanted whilst making sure the floor suited the area. The fitting itself was timely but it’s clear Jack had a real eye for detail so the result is perfect. I’m over the moon with the results and would recommend Step Above to everyone!

Jack was recommended to me by another floor fitter who was unable to fit my flooring. Jack stepped in at short notice and worked out what needed to be done in a friendly and professional manner. The job was not straightforward but nothing was too much trouble and has been completed to a very high standard with great attention to detail. Jack and his apprentice worked hard to get the job done and left leaving the place clean and tidy. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Really quick correspondence, was really quick to find the flooring we needed and despite being incredibly busy, managed to fit us in really quickly. The floor looks great and was reasonably priced, especially considering the clear expertise and quality product. Very friendly and polite throughout and left no trace they'd been here, aside from a lovely new floor.! Would 100% recommend
