    Stephen was very friendly and professional. Initially we were going to have our living room ceiling skimmed, but Stephen realised it needed to be boarded and then plastered. Once Stephen realised it needed plaster boarding, he rearranged his schedule to fit us in as he needed to come back the following day, which we appreciated.
