We contacted Stephens Aerials after he completed some work at my parents house. We had a number of aerials on the side of our property that weren't actually connected / being used for anything and wanted them removed. Adam was really prompt at responding to our quote request and got us booked in quickly. He turned up when he said he would, the cost of the work was as quoted and even better he took everything with him, so we didn't have to worry about getting rid of any scrap metal. Adam was really professional and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

Adam let us know when he was on way to us by calling. Quickly identified the weak signal problem and went into the loft to check the aerial. Repositioned the in loft aerial to greatly improve signal strength and checked amplifier was working correctly. TV picture is now perfect with no pixelation. Very reasonable price paid by card. I definitely recommend him. Would have no problem passing on his details to friends and relatives if needed.

Adam was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He replaced a very old Aerial, a Rusty old Satellite dish, and installed a new Signal Booster in my loft. All now working perfectly, and much improved picture quality on all four televisions in our house, and all done on a boiling hot day, and in a loft which was as hot as a furnace. I would not hesitate to use Adam (Stephens Aerials) for any future jobs of this nature, and would happily recommend him to family & friends.

Having moved to a new house, and not being able to get my tv working I rung Stephens Aerials, Adam made an extra effort to fit round my schedule, turns out I had no aerial and an old dead cable, being in the sticks I needed a preview box. He sorted my tv out and then explained how to work it. I can highly recommend, Adam is friendly, honest, fairly priced and clearly very experienced within his trade.

Really helpful and nice guy. Explained everything. Extremely helpful and went the extra mile to assist even with some cleaning which saved me getting someone else in at a later date. I would 100% recommend and will use again if required. Thanks 😊
