Stephen and his colleague, Jack, installed thermostats on our radiators today. They arrived on time, were thoroughly professional, organised, respectful and incredibly quick and efficient. They left everywhere clean and tidy and gave clear instructions on how to use the new system.

Stephen White replaced a boiler for me, i could not wish for a better experience his work was very professional, tidy and friendly.

I have used Stephen before so automatically called him when we had a very serious leak in a bathroom. He attended and quickly diagnosed the problem (fractured toilet cistern). He then quoted for a replacement which he chose to match the existing bath and basin. This was fitted shortly afterwards. The whole process was hassle free and he worked in our timeframe. The new toilet is excellent and fits well with the existing sanitary ware. Stephen’s work is excellent and he is very efficient.

We engaged Stephen to: install new unvented hot water cylinder; upgrade our upstairs radiators; convert our heating to a sealed system; fit a new family bathroom; and fit a new en-suite. We chose Stephen because he reviewed well, his pricing was competitive and he agreed to work to our timescales. Heating / hot water works and family bathroom were completed within agreed timescales. En-suite took a bit longer than anticipated. Stephen was reliable and responsive. Quality of work exceeded our expectations and we will definitely use him again for future works.

Stephen came to fix our tap in the kitchen that stopped working. He was able to fit it in and come and fix it the very next morning. He’s very reliable and good at his job. Will be using him to do our bathroom soon.
